Chairman of the Board of the Institute for Labour Market Analyses, and one of its founders. Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, where he also obtained his Ph.D. in the field of management science and habilitated doctorate in the field of social sciences. Currently works as an Associate Professor at the Department of Entrepreneurship of the Faculty of Management and Economics at Gdansk University Technology. He also coordinates the Centre for Technological, Economic and Social Transformation (C-TEST) at the Faculty.
For over 20 years now he works as a research professional, leading and taking part in scientific, as well as business focused research. He specializes in the issues of human capital management and labour market transformation, especially in the field of: algorithmic human resource management, human capital measurement, labour market analytics, conditions and consequences of digitization and automation on the labour market. Author and co-author of over 90 peer-reviewed scientific publications and about 100 expert opinions for international organizations (European Commission, ETF, CEDEFOP, Eurofound, Inter-American Development Bank) and business practice. Served as expert for national governmental bodies in Poland and abroad, as well as regional authorities.
His mother tongue is Polish, but he is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of German.
